It all started in Brighton — two besties, Stu and Claire, with a taste for good times and even better flavours.

After one too many nights out, we decided to switch things up. Sobriety brought clarity, laughter, and a lot of late-night snacking — and somewhere between the crisps and the chaos, an idea hit:
